Humble Dumpling provides Asian-inspired workshops, masterclasses, food tours, and food coaching. Angie Chong, the daughter of Chinese cooking legend Elizabeth Chong, started Humble Dumpling in order to share her food, culture, and love of cooking with you.
Food has always been central to Angie’s life: both professionally and personally. She grew up sitting around a big table eating together with her large extended family in the kitchen to talk, to laugh and always to eat.
The sharing of food, food knowledge and the joys of cooking and then sitting together is what she loves to do. Angie wants to invite you to come and join her at home in the kitchen of The Humble Dumpling for some dumpling making fun.
